All classes will re-start on Wed 5 September 2018:
- Qigong: improve your overall health with these gentle and effective exercises
- Tai Chi: develop your coordination, leg strength and reduce stress
- Chun Yuen Quan: improve circulation, develop flexibility and stamina, a good work out for the young and less young alike
- Wing Chun: self defence for the ordinary person
Beginners are welcome to join any class at any point during the year. There is no need to book in advance.
Just turn up on the night and try one or more classes.
No special equipment required, wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
