All classes have re-started on Wed 9 January 2019 after the Christmas break.
You are welcome to join or re-join any of the classes during January or at any other time during the year. The classes are opened to new comers on any week.
To try one or more classes, just turn up on the night, booking in advance is not required.
No special equipment is required, just wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Classes in the following skills are available:
- Qigong: improve your overall health with these gentle and effective exercises
- Tai Chi: develop your coordination, leg strength and reduce stress
- Chun Yuen Quan: improve circulation, develop flexibility and stamina, a good work out for the young and less young alike
- Wing Chun: self defence for the ordinary person
